Your Data

Your memories.
Your privacy.
Your control.

At Vault, we believe the moments that matter most deserve more than just storage-they deserve a secure home.

Every photo, every video, every Collection, and every memory you upload belongs to you. Our role is to protect it, organize it, and make it available whenever you need it.

We built Vault around one simple belief

Your memories should remain yours. Always.

You Own Your Content

Everything you upload to Vault remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your photos, videos, captions, Collections, or other content you create. When you upload content, you grant Vault a limited permission to securely store, process, organize, back up, synchronize, and display your content solely to provide the services you've requested. Nothing more.

We Don't Sell Your Memories

Your memories are not a product. Vault does not sell your personal information. We do not sell your photos. We do not sell your videos. We do not allow advertisers to access your memories. Our business is supported through subscriptions-not by monetizing your personal content.

You're Always in Control

You decide what stays private. You decide what gets shared. You decide who has access. Every Collection remains private unless you choose to share it. When sharing a Collection, you may choose whether another person can view, download, upload, add or edit captions, or collaborate. You can modify or remove access at any time.

AI That Works for You

Thousands of photos become difficult to search over time. Vault uses artificial intelligence to help organize your memories by identifying meaningful keywords that make searching easier. For example, AI may recognize: beach, wedding, birthday, dog, baseball, mountains, Christmas, sunset. This allows you to search naturally instead of manually organizing every photo. Our AI exists to improve your experience. Your uploaded content is never used to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models without your explicit permission.

Captions Tell the Story

Photos capture moments. Captions preserve the stories behind them. Vault allows you to add captions to your memories so future generations understand not only what happened-but why it mattered. Vault does not include a public commenting system. We believe your memories should stay focused on the people and moments that matter most.

Shared Collections

Some memories are meant to be experienced together. Vault allows you to create Shared Collections with family members, friends, teammates, or anyone you choose. You remain in control of every invitation and every permission. You decide whether someone can view, download, upload, add captions, or collaborate. Permissions can be changed or revoked whenever you choose.

Security Comes First

Protecting your memories is our responsibility. Vault uses modern security practices designed to safeguard your account and your content. Our security measures may include: encrypted connections, secure cloud infrastructure, authentication safeguards, access controls, continuous monitoring, and routine security improvements. While no online service can guarantee absolute security, protecting your memories is one of our highest priorities.

When We May Access Content

Your privacy matters. Vault is designed so your content remains private. We do not routinely browse customer photos or videos. However, there are limited situations where authorized personnel may access account information or user content when reasonably necessary to: provide customer support you request; investigate suspected violations of our Terms & Conditions; detect fraud, malware, spam, or other security threats; respond to reports of illegal or abusive activity; comply with applicable laws or lawful legal requests; or protect the safety, rights, or property of Vault, our users, or others. Any such access is limited to authorized personnel and only when reasonably necessary.

Download Your Memories

Your memories should never be locked into a platform. You can download your photos, videos, and other content whenever the Service provides that functionality. If you choose to leave Vault, we want you to take your memories with you.

Deleting Your Content

Deleting your content should mean deleting your content. When you remove photos, videos, Collections, or delete your account, Vault begins removing that content from our active systems. Secure backup copies may remain for a limited period before permanent deletion as part of disaster recovery and security procedures.

Families First

Vault was built with families in mind. Whether you're preserving a baby's first steps, a wedding day, family vacations, or decades of memories, Vault is designed to provide a trusted place to preserve life's most meaningful moments. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children's use of the Service where applicable.

Our Promise

Technology will continue to evolve. Privacy laws will continue to evolve. Vault will continue evolving too-but one thing won't change:

Your memories belong to you.

We won't sell them. We won't claim ownership of them. We won't use them to train AI without your permission. We'll work every day to earn the trust you've placed in us.

Because memories deserve more than storage. They deserve a home.
